On Friday, March 13, at 1 p.m., the Alcorn State Braves, featuring former Estrella Foothills High School standout Devin Kriley, were defeated 10-3 by the Alabama A&M Bulldogs in an NCAA Division I baseball game.
The matchup was held at Bulldog Baseball Field and marked the teams’ first head-to-head contest of the season.
Kriley pitched four innings, allowing three earned runs with two walks and five strikeouts.
The Braves are set to play Alabama A&M again at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, at Bulldog Baseball Field.
