The Buckeye Union High School District is observing National Teacher Appreciation Week from May 4 to May 8, honoring educators and support professionals for their daily contributions to students.
This week highlights the importance of teachers as well as counselors, paraprofessionals, and classified staff who play key roles in student success. The district recognizes that these individuals contribute not only in classrooms but also by supporting students through academic and personal challenges and ensuring schools operate smoothly.
Superintendent Steve Bebee said, “Please join me in thanking the many outstanding teachers, counselors, paraprofessionals, and classified support staff that make a difference in the lives of students every day. Thank you all for everything that you do for our students, their families, and our communities.”
District educators are recognized for building relationships with students, encouraging growth, and preparing them for future opportunities. Their influence extends beyond instruction to impact families and strengthen the wider community.
As National Teacher Appreciation Week continues, the Buckeye Union High School District extends its thanks to all staff members for their dedication and service.
