Rep. Paul Gosar, DDS, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona’s 9th district since 2011, recently posted several statements on his social media account addressing issues related to immigration enforcement and congressional action.

On February 22, 2026, Gosar responded to an online discussion about event attendance by posting: “Cool. Can I have your ticket? I have a long list of patriots wanting to attend.”

The following day, he commented on the ongoing debate over government funding and border security: “President Trump secured the border and restored order. Now Democrats are playing games w/a phony shutdown to undermine immigration enforcement. Enough. Stop the political theater, fund the government and stand with the American people who deserve safety.” This statement was posted on February 23, 2026.

Shortly after, Gosar addressed legislative negotiations in the Senate by stating: “And sadly, a few Senate RINOs are actively working with the Democrats to sabotage the Save America Act.” This post was also made on February 23, 2026.

Paul Gosar has been serving in Congress since replacing Ann Kirkpatrick in 2011 and currently resides in Bullhead City. He was born in Rock Springs, Wyoming in 1958 and graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1981. In recent elections, he defeated Quacy Smith in the general election of 2024 with over sixty-five percent of the vote and Richard Grayson in the general election of 2022 with nearly ninety-eight percent support.
