Rep. Paul Gosar, DDS, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Arizona’s 9th district, used his social media account on March 14, 2026, to comment on legislative dynamics between the House and Senate as well as to respond to a media outlet.
In a post published at 00:02 UTC, Gosar questioned the House’s obligation to pass Senate legislation if the Senate does not act on the SAVE America Act. He wrote: “It’s not a threat. If the Senate won’t pass the SAVE America Act, why should the House feel obligated to rubber-stamp whatever legislation they decide to send our way?”
Minutes later, at 00:06 UTC, Gosar endorsed another post with: “This https://t.co/RtvvsVcJi3”.
At 00:11 UTC on March 14, Gosar referenced CNN Public Relations in a separate post stating: “Ummm, April Fools’ Day is not for another two and a half weeks @CNNPR https://t.co/d4WlDpC5yJ”.
Paul Gosar has served in Congress since 2011 after replacing Ann Kirkpatrick and currently represents Arizona’s 9th district. He won re-election in both 2022 and 2024 by significant margins against Richard Grayson and Quacy Smith respectively. Born in Rock Springs, Wyoming in 1958 and residing in Bullhead City, Gosar holds a BS from Creighton University.
