Christmas in the Park festivities will take on a new format this year!Litchfield Park hosts its annual Christmas in the Park event on the second Saturday in December each year.  Christmas in the Park is a family-focused event that is free and open to the public.  It traditionally includes a hometown parade, arts & crafts vendors, local stage acts, and a number of children’s activities.

In light of COVID-19, our Christmas in the Park festivities will take on a new format this year, so we can maintain a safe and healthy environment, yet provide the hometown holiday feeling that our residents and visitors know and love!

Virtual Parade - Enter our virtual parade for a chance to be next year's Grand Marshal! Individuals and families, children's groups, and nonprofits are encouraged to submit videos of their mini parade floats or holiday wishes. Submission deadline is November 20th. More information on how to enter...

Family Activities - We are showing the virtual parade on an outdoor movie screen at Memorial Park on Saturday, December 12th. This will be immediately followed by a Christmas movie! Watch for details about this and other activities in the coming weeks!

Holiday Market - Vendors will be selling their wares on the Library Lawn for 2 days this year! Come out on Saturday & Sunday, December 12th and 13th , from 9am - 5pm, to purchase gift giving items and affordable art.
