Douglas Public Library issued the following announcement on Aug. 18.
The ADOH HAF Program will provide mortgage and utility assistance to eligible homeowners who have experienced financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The HAF program can help homeowners with mortgage payments, home insurance and utility payments, and other expenses that many homeowners have struggled with during the pandemic.
