The City wants to thank those of you who reached out regarding the swings in medians. All comments and concerns are valued and highly considered. City Staff is currently looking into options to find the best possible solution that is best for the community. Despite what was previously stated in the Facebook post of May 11, the City will not be removing anything until all options have been explored.
We understand that many of the swings have been in the medians for quite some time, but when the City receives code complaints from residents, these complaints cannot be overlooked or ignored. The City's concerns lie with safety and liability.
Your patience is much appreciated. Once a decision is made, the City will be out a statement and plan for moving forward.
