Gov. Katie Hobbs visits Avondale Elementary School District. Avondale Mayor Kenn Weise, along with Vice Mayor Veronica Malone, Councilmember Tina Conde and incoming Councilmember Max White welcomed Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs during her visit to the Avondale Elementary School district this week.
Governor Hobbs took part in Arizona Service Project’s Day of Service, where she helped with repairs to an Avondale mobile home.
The Arizona Service Project, a non-profit organization providing housing service assistance, receives grant funds from the City of Avondale’s contributions assistance program.
