On Tuesday, March 25, former Buckeye Union High School standout Za-Ontay Boothman’s current collegiate team the Cal State Dominguez Hills Toros won 86-84 against the West Liberty Hilltoppers in the NCAA Division II Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Ford Center, this was the first game against the West Liberty Hilltoppers during the championship.

Za-Ontay Boothman’s hometown is Buckeye and game position is guard.
