There are several ways to pay your city utility bill in Goodyear and now there is a new option with a payment kiosk. The payment kiosk is located at Goodyear Civic Square in the breezeway, right outside of the library.

Here are other ways residents can pay their Goodyear utility bill:

• Pay or view Utility Bill Online (registration required) 
• Call 623-882-7373
• Online automatic bill pay
• EFT (automatic payments directly from a checking account)
• Pay in-person at city hall or use the payment dropbox (in the library parking lot)
• Mail payment
