City of Goodyear issued the following announcement on Nov. 21
Tis' the season for gingerbread houses! Put your skills to the test in the 2019 Gingerbread House Contest. You can enter as a family, a business, or by yourself and the winner in each category takes home a $50 gift card and bragging rights, of course!

All entries must be dropped off at the Goodyear Branch Library, 14455 W. Van Buren St., C101 by Dec. 9, 2019, between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. An entry form must accompany each gingerbread house. The winner will be announced Dec. 14 at the Artist Reception.
