Raúl M. Grijalva, a longstanding member of the U.S. Congress representing Arizona's 7th District, has shared his views on several pertinent issues through recent social media posts. Grijalva, who has been serving in Congress since 2003 and previously served on the Pima County Board of Supervisors, addressed topics ranging from legislative reviews to educational policies.

On February 5, 2025, Grijalva expressed anticipation regarding a legislative proposal by Rep. Pocan. He stated, "I’m looking forward to reviewing the bill that Rep. Pocan is introducing."

Later that day, he voiced support for transgender athletes' rights. Grijalva tweeted, "Every athlete deserves respect, dignity, and equal opportunities. We stand with our transgender athletes and reject discriminatory policies that aim to erase their identities and abilities. #TransRightsAreHumanRights"

On February 6, 2025, Grijalva commented on the potential closure of the U.S. Department of Education and its implications for Arizona schools. He remarked that such an action would be detrimental to educational equity and quality in the state. His post read: "Closing the U.S. Department of Education would undermine equity and quality in Arizona schools. Federal support ensures funding for low-income students, special education, teacher support and higher education. Arizona deserves stronger educational leadership, not less."
