Encourage your cardiac health as well as a greater range of motion, strength, and balance in this progressive approach to fitness. The class focuses on improved exercise stamina in the large pool. This class provides an optimal transition to more demanding shallow and deep-water exercise programs offered at the Cove.
Class fee is per person, per 8 class session.

Payment must be made at the time of registration; drop-in single visits are no longer available.
Registrations need to be made each month as the class schedule and rosters reset.
Registration deadline is 3 days prior to the class start date.
