Rep. Paul Gosar, a congressman for Arizona's 9th district, expressed his views on multiple issues through a series of tweets over two days. Gosar, who has been serving in Congress since 2011 after succeeding Ann Kirkpatrick, shared his concerns on national emergency declarations and other related matters."Did you know that there are more than 40 national emergency declarations dating back to the Carter Administration costing taxpayers billions/trillions of dollars? Time for Congress to terminate them and clawback the $$." This tweet, posted on April 10, 2025, suggests a need for Congress to review and possibly terminate these declarations to recover taxpayer funds.

On the same day, Gosar linked to an article and mentioned NumbersUSA, a group known for advocating reduced immigration to the United States. No additional commentary was provided in this tweet.

The following day, on April 11, Gosar addressed a claim he found inaccurate. He stated: "Simply not true:" followed by a link, highlighting what he believes to be a misconception or misinformation.

Gosar, 64, brings his expertise as a former dentist to his congressional role. Born in Rock Springs, Wyoming, he resides in Bullhead City and is an alumnus of Creighton University, where he completed his BS in 1981.
