Founder of SPPI: We have ‘the intention of overturning the Carle Slow Balancing Test’

Patrick Brenner, founder, and president of the Southwest Public Policy Institute (SPPI), said they are actively involved in litigation to overturn the Carle Slow Balancing Test, supporting a public district and planning appeals in cases involving SIPI-based public schools and the City of Scottsdale across multiple appellate court districts.
